WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Since we moved our production factory to Zhongshan, most of the items on our website are produced in Zhongshan and ships from our warehouse in Hong Kong to the whole world.

 

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES IN?

All transactions are processed in USD. For your convenience, you can see estimates in other currencies based on recent exchanges rates. Please note, however, these prices are estimates and actual prices may vary on current exchange rates and your financial institution. The RAYPOM takes no responsibility in the accuracy of exchange rates applied to your purchase.

 

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have created registered an account you can simply log in and check your order status under "my account".


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

We use Fast Standard Shipping Service

  • Air Parcel Register shipping takes 7-15 business days.

ABOUT CUSTOMS TAX?

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Raypom is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM/ORDER?  

You can exchange a purchased product within 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To exchange an item or order, contact us using our contact page and we will provide you with our current return address.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?

Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will process your refund request shortly after being informed of your intentions. However, the estimated time for the refund to return to your account is based on the payment method you selected when placing your order. Below please find enlisted the most common processing times:
